Been great fun working with one of our GB climber's over the last few months. I find these guys absolutely take to any challenge you give them. Probably a reflection of the sport, which is continually challenging athletes on the edge of their competency.
Great way of engaging the core while focusing on stability and control!. Adding equipment like cones on the back helps children maintain a neutral spine, often slowing down the movement and making the challenge more demanding! 💪🏼
