Moron, absolute moron. He will be saying 100% corporation and capital gains tax next. If you tax aspiration you get less tax it’s simple and well proven.
‘You don’t have a right to inherit money from mummy and daddy that you did nothing to earn.'. @Lewis_Goodall suggests hiking inheritance tax to 100% in order to reduce income tax and 'incentivise work.'

Quick question to all hill sheep farmers. After foot and mouth when many sheep were culled, how did it affect the hefting capabilities of the sheep left behind or that came to replace the ones killed?.

Hopefully the first of many watermelons. Market garden looks a picture, very little watering with no dig starting to pay dividends. Some crop failures, crops like 🥕 & parsnips in this system still hit & miss. Will probably have special raised beds with sand for these crops.

Is anyone else having problems with the @Ruralpay capital applications system? Seems to keep logging me out and getting a ‘Bad server response’.

And yet still not a peep from @jamesmelville about Crop based AD plants, which is a woefully inefficient use of land.
@JamesMelville Are golf courses on agricultural land "blighting"? Far more golf courses than solar farms. Prime agricultural land is barred from solar. Why not campaign for doubling farmer income with agrisolar? .No Climate = No Farmers.

I see @domdyer70 is still as clueless as ever. Badgers have no predators, therefore the rise in population goes unchecked & many, many other species suffer. Too many times I have found hollowed out hedgehogs or seen a clutch of lapwing, & partridge eggs destroyed by badgers.

Please no! I’ve made that mistake, don’t let successful businesses support food production. If food production doesn’t pay, don’t do it, change it, get someone else to do it but don’t subsidise it. If the industry continues to do that, food will never command an adequate price.
💷 Diversifying into non-farming business ventures alongside your farming practises can help secure a more stable income supporting the food production elements of a farm business. DETAILS:

Flip flopping seems to be a trait with the likes of @realDonaldTrump and his sycophantic followers such as @reformparty_uk.

It will be interesting to see how the @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk sycophants divide themselves over the coming days. The bust up was always going to happen, it just came much sooner than most expected….

Not rocket science but simple organic chemistry, the laws of which have been known by most since school. It would seem that many fundamental environmentalists either didn’t go to school at all or skipped these lessons. Cows just need raising in forage based systems.
The University of Nebraska has debunked the onesided narrative on cow burps & methane on climate change:. “They have not accounted for the capture part, they only account for methane being released. Carbon capture in soil and grass - helped out by cow grazing and manure - can far

This is why we farmers needn’t feel threatened by the likes of @BeyondMeat @ UPF rubbish made in vats. Consumers respond to these products with distain, trying them & realising they are neither good for their taste buds, the planet nor their health.
That the CEO of Beyond Meat is still in the grip of such powerful delusion is sad. Meat substitute maker Beyond Meat has over $1 billion of losses on its balance sheet. It has never made a profit in 10 years. Sales are falling. But that's just a hiccup - and all the fault of

Put together by people who believe there is a global standard of beef production. Intensive CAFOs on former rainforest land eating soya grown on former rainforest land is as similar in emissions to UK grass fed beef as black is to white.
