Our solar panels are soaking up the sunshine☀️ Yesterday, our panels produced 87.94kWh, while we only consumed 56.53kWh and in the last 24 hours, only 9.5% (5.35kWh) of all the electricity used was sourced from the grid (during the night). @DonoreDASC

On Sunday our solar panels generated nearly 3 times more electricity than we consumed, with 72% of all the power generated yesterday being fed back to the grid. This is one of our many initiatives to become more sustainable as an organisation. @DonoreDASC

DCC produced a schedule in May 2023 in relation to the refurbishment of Donore Youth & Community Centre. This schedule anticipated building works on the refurbishment project to begin in March 2024. However, it now appears that building works will not begin until September 2024
