I’m pleased to share our new #research study published in @NatureComms in which we demonstrate that skin resident IL-26+ T cells are TH17 intermediates that further differentiate into IL-17A producers when exposed to epithelial TGF-b in #psoriasis. https://t.co/KELMz7hvsp

This is an important study published in @Nature showing that the RNA editing machinery may be at the initiation of several inflammatory diseases by a lack of dsRNA removal and subsequent IFN response! Check this kind of mutation in your patients #inflammation #IFN #dsRNA

I am glad to announce that our work is finally published in @Nature . We show that the cGAS-STING pathway is activated during COVID-19 leading to pathological type I IFN responses. Inhibiting this pathway may be efficacious to treat severe #COVID19 disease
