Today we had the honor to host the President of Germany in our lab. We demonstrated how Matthias, our SCI hero suffering from motor complete hand paralysis, can move again the hand with a new orthosis that is driven by spared motor unit activity. #GraspAgainIsAClinicalReality
Today Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier visited us in @medicalvalley. I think he was impressed by the innovation ecosystem we have in Erlangen and #FAU. Thanks to our start up @Graspagain and its founder #FAUprof @AlecsDelVecchio with his team for this outstanding demo.
