Good morning! . On my way to Ashford (via a breakfast stop over in Maidstone) to assist on the @KentCRP1 stall at the @Se_Railway Ashford depot open day. Anyone that’s going, come find us and talk rail, we will be there all day ! . The nice views make up for the early wake up.

Some pics along the Chiltern Mainline today. I got the Class 68 hauled service to Haddenham & Thame Parkway, and then ticked off the stations between there & Oxford. Staying in hotel overnight in Oxford in readinesss for tomorrow’s day out on the “Kent Conundrum” Railtour!

Really look forward to traveling on this tour on Saturday…. Main highlights for me will be the Bromley North Branch & @KentCRP1 #SheernessBranch, Class 50 locomotives have never visited these branches, yet!!
