Im just having a flashback now. I remember when I first heard this advice as a beginner.

- No process works if you can't stick to it. An oversimplified process that is carried out religiously is 100x better than the perfect process rarely completed

Haha it really is the worst time zone ever. So in summers I sleep 9pm-2am, 10am-12/2pm ish. Then in winter 9pm-12am and 8am-2pm. Friend manages it by going to bed at like 6pm and not sleeping during day

I would add, for BTC related trades, I watch BTC QQQ and the proxy very closely for changes in rs.

We want “Straight Up” periods b/c that's when we get very aggressive characterized by:
- b/o that go 25%+ in 2-3 days
- “Clean” action through buy points ie slicing through resistance & no retest of buy points
Anticipation, oversizing & chasing are rewarded in these 2-3 wks
