For those interested, Minnesota has a large refugee population aided by the activities of Lutheran Social Services (LSS) who gets ~$1,000 per refugee they resettle. LSS is also one of the biggest grantees for DHS. Their CEO’s make around half-million plus bonuses. Is this

Why do we call it a Somali fraud ring? I don’t know, maybe because it’s a ring of Somalis perpetrating the largest government fraud scheme in Minnesota history. That’s my best guess.
