Cows were recently turned out to graze for nearly free on Elk Mountain & already loafing by water. Having all that woody veg "hazardous fuel" is cleared & burned or just plain burned to a crisp by the FS is a forage project subsidy to Welfare Ranchers. Sheep are here too.
