It’s been 27 days since Trump & Nauta were indicted. Nauta’s arraignment was twice delayed after he failed to retain local counsel. His arraignment is set for tomorrow in Miami. With t-minus 24 hours until the hearing, Nauta still has no counsel of record on the docket.
