Tim Cook shld focus more on keeping millions of kids safe when downloading apps, rather than blocking Congress from enacting reasonable measures to empower parents to protect their children online. No legislation needed if Apple had been acting responsibly.

Big victory! The U.S. Court of Appeals just UPHELD Florida’s law that protects kids against predatory, addictive social media. In Florida, we put kids first, and my office will aggressively enforce this law to ensure Big Tech stops exploiting and harming children for profit.
