Notswap is bugged or, at least, poorly communicated. Despite stating you lose abilities/ammo on armor swap, you actually lose them on STAT changes. This INCLUDES Tuning. Nowhere does it say this in-game or in the twid where new notswap was detailed. @Destiny2Team @A_dmg04

Surely spending Dev time manually tuning every single exotic that due to it's nature gens super pretty fast is kind of a waste of time. Surely we should rework Super regen and make it dmg based and not tick based since there are other countless ways to abuse this. Surely right?
