My choir performed at the Legislative opening today and it was so nice to see the @Sask_NDP members gathering and waving to my students. It's a shame that the other humans didn't want to engage with my wonderful kiddos. They were AWESOME.

That time that our current mayor was so hurt she lost, she's now showing her true colors/projecting onto the whole city of Regina by attacking a community that has been under siege? A flag raising to show solidarity is a small act that a community can do that has a huge impact.

Outgoing Regina mayor Sandra Masters has cancelled the flag raising and ceremony for Palestine that was planned for tomorrow. Working on getting more details.

So four more years of fear-based, hateful attacks on trans people followed by attacks on queer community at large and then women's rights, likely. Great.

Shame on you for being a bigot. Shame on you for creating division. Saskatchewan. Be smart about this vote. Racism, transphobia and homophobia cannot be a partisan issue. We have to create safety and not restrict rights of folks based on who they are.

Shame on you for, again, belittling trans and queer people. Shame on you for, again, threatening to restrict rights from queer people. Shame on you for engaging in the hateful rhetoric. That began a rise since you delivered your devastating, oppressive "notwithstanding" law.

The solution in this case is not to say: "You are uncomfortable so the person who is just EXISTING has to leave." The solution is: "You do deserve to feel comfortable when it comes to undressing, so here is a private space you can do that in."

Today marks the fourth National Day for Truth & Reconciliation. This is a time to reflect on the painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools and colonialism in Indigenous communities.

Let’s be real, we need indigenous voices at the school board level and I’m trying to make that happen. We can do land acknowledgments and wear ribbon skirts but it means nothing when folks w/privilege quietly watch while powerful men try to smear my name and deter me from running

Folks like this are who we need representing our students in school boards. It takes huge strength to run for a board, huge strength to put yourself out there and you need people behind you to cheer you on. I support Kale and what she stands for and who she stands for.

Over the weekend someone brought to my attention that Tyler McMurchy, the husband of my opponent Tracey McMurchy has tried to pin me to anonymous comments on Reddit criticizing his wife. This was not me and this is not the way I choose to campaign. I stand firmly by my values and

#NewProfilePic Make public education a priority in the elections this fall. Ask MLA and school trustee candidates to commit to three key actions: 1. Restore and maintain per-student funding 2. Address class complexity 3. Address violence in schools and classrooms

Scott Moe has broken Saskatchewan’s affordability, but we can fix his cost-of-living crisis — and you can be a part of it. In this fall’s election, it’s time for change. Pledge your vote at https://t.co/kblehLYKME.

The incident that happened in Saskatoon Public is horrifying and no student, or teacher, should have to deal with that sort of behavior. At what point will our government look at incidents like this and apply the same outrage and support to all schools? Our teachers need help.

This is the type of person that terrifies me about school board elections. How about we keep discriminatory folks out of our boards??? This person needs to be removed from running.

Funny how the premiere can say paying federal taxes is unconstitutional but he can strip away constitutional rights of youth and feel nothing.
