Whenever I play with a ruleset that is can be understood in just a couple minutes but provides a lot of depth in gameplay, then I'm an immediate fan. That is what Leaders is from Studio H and @HachetteBGUSA is. A two player abstract game that feels like chess, but with drafting.

Lightning Train shot straight to the top as one of the best games we've played this year. This highly thematic bag builder is worth hearing about in our latest episode https://t.co/CEu9Avn6Hb

Buiders of Baulder's Gate from @wizkidsgames . I enjoyed this 90 minute city building game. The interesting mechanic is how eventually each section of town will be attacked. So you work together to protect with fortifications. Otherwise your buildings may be destroyed

Star Wars Battle of Hoth from @Asmodee_USA is exactly what I wanted. The theme works perfectly with the Command and Colors system. You can hear our full thoughts on it in our latest episode https://t.co/hBPyrR3mF7

Taps sign again: Publishers, please put your rulebooks on your website. Don't make customers go to 3rd party sites. Don't you want traffic coming to your own site? That's just good business.

I asked for your '10' games and your '1' games. The final question. What's the first board game that comes to mind with this image (average, meh game)

I have to admit, the dice tower in Lord of the Rings: Fate of the Fellowship is pretty cool

First question in many crowd-funded games: Will they be a solo mode? Hot take: Not ever game needs a solo mode.

All those 80s rom-coms were wrong. In the end, the jock does get the cheerleader.

I don't understand reviewers playing games and not posting a review because "it wasn't for me". You've put in the time, I want to hear why it wasn't for you. If I put in the time, I'm talking about it regardless of how i feel about it.
