A quick Great South Blog Run update. The final amount I raised was £820 for @SolentMind. Thank you so much to everyone who donated and supported me in raising this money. You are all awesome!

So, my good friend @BMWavesBlog is doing a personal challenge to try and fill the void someone of Covid-19 cancelled @DialsFestival - this time today I should have been excitedly bouncing round a packed @WedgewoodRooms to @teachersofpop after 12 hours of banging music :-(

I don’t know that much about mental health, but given that @DialsFestival is run in support of @SolentMind I wanted to at least try and write a few related words today. Not my usual field and I’m writing these quickly so it’s not perfect, but here you go....
