My Rockets only come to MPLS twice a year. Sucked to see @TAR13ASON in plain clothes on the bench, but I yelled out that he was my favorite at the end of the game, and he acknowledged me. @teroyaeason raised him right. Love y’all both. Can’t wait to get my 17 jersey. Go Rox.

@JimmyDiResta I’m one of those shop teachers that teaches bandsaw relief cuts. I’m not proud, but my saw is so underpowered that cutting w/o them can a pain. BUT! I’m trying to change. I wrote a grant for a proper bandsaw. Maybe you could boost my signal? https://t.co/736VDYYMvj

Used to have a medicine ball routine with one kid where we threw a 15 lbs ball back and forth 100 times. The repetition was really solid for centering him and sort of tiring him out. Helped a lot.
@CallMeMoprah You might want to try "heavy work" with him. This can be things like stacking and unstacking chairs, moving heavy books or reams of paper from one bookshelf to another, using a rolling cart to deliver "packages" to another part of the school. This can help settle some students.
