Although there was slight call out of the AI voice acting at launch, 99% of their gamers looked past this bc the game is fun. With time, AI developed games will become more and more accepted. This will lead to a Cambrian explosion in the types of games that can be created. 🎮💥

The key was AI didn’t replace talent. It allowed for writers to iterate quicker, characters feel more alive and world interactions grow deeper with AI trained on the VAs in-game dialogue.

💰 The results : • 2.7 million copies × $10 = around $25-27 million in sales • After Steam’s share, roughly $17-19 million net For a one person game, that’s a massive success story. I suspect this is a trend and not an anomaly.
