Update on this . Just received this reply from so called "honest" traffice police department and an "honest" office RAJESH SAPKAL
@MTPHereToHelp . Received a challan of ₹1500 (No. MUMCM25004575944) under Sec 122/177 MVA — claiming I caused obstruction. 🚫 No "No Parking" sign.📍 Parked in usual spot on private office road.📸 The image shows no evidence of obstruction.This seems like an unfair penalty.

3. Next day, the same delivery guy came to our house and spoke rudely to my wife and mother, who were alone with our baby. 4. He demanded we return the items. We returned everything, unopened. 5. The order had fruits (non-returnable), and he insisted my wife pay for it.
