Ever feel like advocating for ethical design is an uphill battle where you have to convince your team to settle for less? What if instead you could grow revenue with it? Join my talk (via zoom) next Thursday at the Experience Design Summit to learn how! https://t.co/OMdxFdQOIa

This week the Design Review podcast comes to an end! One of the better design podcasts that dove into career growth, interviewing, negotiating offers, research, & last but not least: ethics. The episodes will stay relevant for a long time. Thank you @machinehuman & @DesignUXUI

Embrace managing up. 🚫 “It’s my boss' job to manage me. I’ll manage up when I’m promoted.” ✅ “I shouldn’t have to manage up. But if I do, I'll take control & further my career.” It might not be fair, but the truth is you get promoted once you’ve already been doing the job.

Nit of the week: When people list a ton things in email/chat for your feedback and don't number them so there is no easy way to keep track of the which item is being discussed.
