After seeing Fat therapist I discovered I had achieved a lot more than I thought I had. We don't weigh me. I can become focused on the numbers. my weight loss is measured by my clothes. Hopefully I can reverse the Liver disease. That's my aim for 2026 #newyear #liverdisease
