These are the KEY defensive settings I've been using in CFB26. Controllered Player Art is by far my favorite setting to have on. Switch Stick Delay on none (could also use slight) Everything else I would recommend copying

An EASY way to beat Mid Blitz! Do this to never lose to any heavy blitz again… 1) Block your HB 2) Set up “Base” Protection 3) “Untarget” the user Defender BANG. You’re totally good. Just run a Man Beating route combo, and you’ll be scoring a TON of touchdowns
