No, it doesn't. And this still doesn't make sense from a ecological imperative. These space AI people have an unspoken agenda. I am not yet sure what it is but it can't be directly aimed at capex. There is some other angle.
Absolutely. xAI already bottlenecked by the use of natural gas turbines. Next-generation AI belongs in orbit.
