There is so much obvious optimization to be made in the world of volatility adjusted fees on AMM's. EZKL's infra not only allows us to implement a methodology, but also zk prove it on chain so you don't have to trust the methodology is being followed.

DeFi is crippled by static parameters—swap fees, interest rates, and risk thresholds lag markets by months. @Balancer is integrating @ezklxyz to pioneer dynamic fees that adapt to market volatility in real time, trustlessly. 🧵 No more static parameters—here’s how it works and

The USD0USD0++ / USDC market on Morpho has an oracle that hardcodes the price of the USD0/USD0++ Curve LP token to. 1:1 USDC . I know oracles for LP tokens are hard, but come on. The oracle is an upgradable proxy though, maybe when the invariant grows enough they'll manually

The story ends here. 288 eth was paid in transaction fees.174 eth was paid in validator bribes.108 eth was recovered. 0 eth went to the attacker. I hope @stakefish @LidoFinance and @krakenfx are able to return these funds to the victim. I would consider this unjust.

An hour later, another 64 eth become up for grabs. Mevrefund once again wins the block, paying 51.36 eth of the available 64 eth. Looks like the attacker didn’t want to play ball. A 20% recovery. This bid went to @LidoFinance

At this point, @MevRefund makes a plea to the attacker:.“Hey dumbass, you're not going to win, all you're doing is donating to some rich stakers. If you'd actually like to make some money here, don't bid and let us win it for cheap - the owner has authorized me to offer you 5%

In block 20921023, another 128 eth becomes available. @MevRefund manages to win this block as well, but this time paid a significantly higher percentage to win the block, paying 92.13 eth out of the 128.06 eth available, a ~28% recovery. This bid went to kraken’s validator

But there are more withdrawals to come. In fact, there were three more withdrawals that just happened in the above block 20918439. In block 20918440, @MevRefund managed to win the block by bidding 30.42 of the available 96.04 eth that just got withdrawn, resulting in the

In block 20918438, ~288 ETH lands to the address 0xD8172675FcE3A437C58430C25C3f9b56f2aB21fC. @MevRefund makes the first move by creating a flashbots bundle to save the 288 ETH. The attacker then sends out a new transaction to the public mempool with 206.175 eth transaction fee.

A battle is taking place on chain. The fighters are @mevrefund and a hacker who compromised a set ethereum validators. It all started when an ethereum validator set had their withdrawal address keys compromised. Withdrawals were initiated on the compromised validators. Soon,

Big thanks to @wei3erHase and the rest of the @DeFi_Wonderland team, we couldn't have moved this fast without them. Also big shoutout to the @CoWSwap team, they are constantly at the forefront of innovation.

One of the first LVR reducing AMM designs to go live in prod. This is only the beginning of the cool stuff we have planned. Reach out if you want to work together on scaling the next generation of AMMs.

Wake up, LPs . CoW AMM is out of beta and live on @Balancer! Starting today, you can deploy liquidity on the first MEV-capturing AMM with just a few clicks. Read on to find out what the fuss is all about, or try it for yourself right away 👉

This also means you can decode any gnosis safe bundled transaction from its calldata! So if you see a safe tx on chain and wonder what its doing, just paste the txid into calldata decoder using 'from Tx' and see each transaction decoded in all its glory.

Arbitrage is impossible assuming competitive solver ecosystems and sandwiching is not a thing since all trades settle in a batch. Will be very interesting to see how this design performs in prod.

Very cool new mechanism, treats the pool as a user and solvers compete to return surplus to the pool. Basically limit orders that exist perpetually according to the amm's spread. Still bounded by invariant and only accepts a trade if the invariant grows.

🌊 🌊 🌊. The dirty secret of AMMs is that many of their pools are leaking. In fact, liquidity providers lose 5-7% of their profits to MEV every year, making *most liquidity pools* unprofitable. That's why CoW DAO is building the first MEV-capturing AMM. We call it CoW AMM.

Balancer gives projects the ability to build fast since they don't have to recreate the wheel. It's exciting to see more and more projects building their AMM's on Balancer and I can confidently say there's even more cool stuff around the corner #twamm.
