Best 🔴&🔵 performance in a LONG time. Pressure, skills, lowering the eyes, conversion, defence. Just awesome. Not cared much for the other wins against trash. We stood up to a real test tonight. If Burgess keeps this list injury free (essential this year), the dream is alive!

Worst thing is that because we no longer have money at the club due to COVID, we can’t sack Goodwin, even if we wanted to as he contracted to 2022. What a mess. Positives - Viney after quarter time, May at FB and Hibbo. Poor outside of that.

In the long history of @Ascot this has been a royal meeting like no other. The final act takes place on what is thankfully so far a dry, pleasant day and with a fantastic eight-race card that should end the meeting with a bang, albeit one that makes very little noise.

If games are being postponed for a month when just one player tests positive to COVID, you’re affecting the season for the entire league. Either play on without that player . award 4 points to other team or bin the entire season.

Fewest number of deaths reported for this month today at 413 vs the last 3 Sundays - 596, 737, 621. Don't focus on the daily figures (good or bad), look to the trends. The peak is behind us. Work to do, but we are finally seeing significant progress on the mortality trend.
