If you just won the PL last season, spent 500M and you are now sitting 9th on the table. I’m not sure how he didn’t expect a team shake up of some sort, regardless of if he earned his position. The whole team is underperforming, you literally try anything until it works.
The wildest line of the interview was this. “I don’t have to go everyday fighting for my position because I earned it.” I rate it but, what an awful precedent it sets 😂
