Itâs time to axe net zero. A ridiculous policy that is threatening our energy and economic security, worsening the cost of living crisis and wonât make a blind bit of difference except for the corporations who profit from it at our expense.

Labourâs tax grabbing, business destroying, self-serving government is an affront to our democracy. They know it & thatâs why they keep cancelling elections across the country. Britain is run by a left wing authoritarian government - unfit to govern

Labour thinks democracy is an inconvenience and is rigging the system by postponing elections, argues Giles Sheldrick.

Despite regime propagandists recently claiming the government was getting on top of boat people migration, over 800 migrants crossed the Channel in small boats on Saturday alone - setting a record for December. Over 1,300 have arrived on Britainâs shores this past week. At one

No. Labour inherited a lot of debt in July 2024 because of massive spending during the pandemic â which Labour supported, indeed it wanted more â and post-Ukraine invasion energy subsidies â which Labour supported, indeed it wanted more. The pandemic is no more and energy prices
@afneil Yeah, it was zero when they took over wasnât it?

This government tells us in one breath that it wants to stamp out misogyny, and in the next that it will be fighting in the Supreme Court to remove womenâs and girlsâ rights to single-sex spaces.

As youâre fighting to remove our daughtersâ rights to the privacy and safety of single-sex bathrooms and changing rooms, while poised to allow the unethical puberty blockers trial, perhaps children should be protected from @UKLabour.
Every parent should be able to trust that their daughter is safe at school, online and in her relationships. With Labour, they will be.

Maybe Iâm missing something but please explain: how can a fall in the inflation rate in November be âa resultâ of a Budget that didnât happen til the end of November? Has Labour mastered time travel?

What a great put down of the Prime Minister from @amcarmichaelMP The PM showed not a tiny bit of understanding of the injustice of the Governments attack on small family farms
Our Chair @amcarmichaelMP asked the Prime Minister why he hasnât listened to MPs calling for a rethink on inheritance tax changes. đ

Who's going to tell her? No @lisanandy The Supreme Court has not 'set a new standard around the definition of what is a woman'. It has clarified that: 'the terms âmanâ, âwomanâ and âsexâ in the EA 2010 refer to biological sex.' https://t.co/7INGzNfcP9
"The Supreme Court ruling has set a new standard around the definition of what is a woman ... so we're going to have to find new ways to include people." Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy reacts to the Girl Guide trans ban. Full interview out tomorrow.

If we truly were preparing for war, we would be cutting back on welfare spending, reducing our debt, removing regulations that hold back growth and - most immediately - hanging on to sovereignty over the Chagos Islands.

In Orwellâs 1984 the Ministry of Plenty cut the chocolate ration from 30 to 20 grams, but the Party presented it as an increase to 20 grams. People even took the streets to thank Big Brother... Meanwhile, under Labour, the cap on bus fares has been raised from ÂŁ2 to ÂŁ3... đ€
Catching the bus shouldnât cost the earth. Thatâs why we are capping bus fares at ÂŁ3 and investing in new buses and stops.

Brilliant! The economy shrunk again, yet Rachel was so confident it was growing, she increased taxes. The only part of the economy thatâs growing is government spending⊠which they canât afford. It almost funny, Labour MPs will now scream about needing even more welfare

Starmer at PMQs: âWeâve created the conditions for economic stability.â Quite surreal. Economy is tanking. Cost of living through the roof. Labour lies and lies.

Well said Andrew Neil. He absolutely nails down on Keir Starmerâs basic lack of understanding on the windfall tax and the devastating impact of this on the North Sea oil & gas industry. This is proper journalism - holding the government to account with knowledge and insight.
Over 1,000 jobs a month are being lost in North Sea oil and gas thanks to his governmentâs policies yet Keir Starmer doesnât have even a basic understanding of his 78% windfall profits tax. He tells STV it only kicks in above a certain level of profit. Wrong. It applies without

So Starmer is aiming to "Eliminate opposition". Think about that. 'Progressives' in Labour really are on a roll this week, on top of eliminating juries & eliminating various local elctions. Government labels so many far right, but its own authoritarian instinct knows no bounds.
đŽ Sir Keir Starmer will seize control of the House of Lords and almost entirely eliminate opposition from peers by 2027, according to an analysis. Read more here: https://t.co/UCM2trE6mL
