Back from the doctors and I have amazing news. I FINALLY hit my weight goal!!!! I went from 201lbs to 194lbs! That's a grand total of 111lbs LOST! It took me a long while, but I fucking did it!!!!!! I'm so fucking happy right now!!!!!!😁

I lost a really close friend of mine today. Jeff was a high school buddy that was the class clown, & a kindhearted soul. He knew how to make everyone laugh, & he was always there for you if you needed a friend. He was there for me when my father passed. Rest In Peace, Jeff!😭❤️

Back from speech therapy. I showed my therapist that I was reading "Hachet" by Gary Paulsen out loud, and she nearly burst into tears. She was so proud! I read two pages & did pretty well. She decided not to give me her stuff, told me to continue reading & maybe try poetry too!😁

Back from speech therapy. My therapist is really impressed by my progress. Out of 250 words, I had about 1% disfluency while reading. She says the severity & frequency dropped. I read two poems to her(Poe & Frost). The next thing she wants me to do is to start talking to people😁

Got my first vaccine! Feeling alright so far. My arm hurts a bit. I got the pfizer vaccine at a clinic set up as a partnership between my city and the local hospital. Made me feel relieved the hospital was doing it.
You should get yours too. It's the only way COVID19 ends.
