As part of the #DisabilityConfident project with @sendme2work (and I encourage all employers to look into) we had two visiting students from special needs Cambrian Wing College. Very bright and engaging too. Learning to overcome my own biases too. Looking for work exp or jobs.

Our team out and about on the Dorset hills this week.
5G on Dorset hills along with public Wi-Fi too. Might come in handy in the nooks and crannies around Tyneham. Dorset has the largest expanse of 5G test infrastructure I believe in the UK.
