I kind of want to cry every time Windows Task Manager just hangs for half a minute or more when opening. Once up on a time, it would load instantly and allow you to analyze or kill processes, which appear to be hanging, now Task Manager itself is often the one appearing to hang.

Can we make the claim that if bots hide themselves behind residential IPs with normal user agents, that they're considered malicious?. My fail2ban filter I installed yesterday, has already banned 55k individual IPs with such behavior.
