People make fun of this book but it's one of the most helpful I've ever read. I also loved Carnegie's book on how to influence people through public speaking.

Texting and driving should be an instant ban. In the UK at least, there's a layby every minute or two along the road. You can wait a minute to use your phone, rather than risking your life and others.
