Just had a call with a senior loan officer at a bank asking me about Starbucks backlog. They're active construction lenders for build-to-suit product. I am fairly certain they won't be providing constructions loans on Starbucks build-to-suits anytime soon after our call. 🤯🤯

Had a fascinating call yesterday with someone in the DST space. I was blown away when he told me 2025 will likely finish as the second-best year ever for total equity raised by DSTs, around $8 billion. If there’s $8 billion of 1031 money flowing into DSTs, you’d think we’d see
