Great news for our local economy! @RepPeteStauber Announces the Federal Prison Camp in Duluth Will Remain Open and Operational! . I was proud to join Rep Stauber and Senators @SenAmyKlobuchar & @TinaSmithMN to help advocate to keep Duluth prison open.
Proud to partner with @RepPeteStauber, @SenAmyKlobuchar, @SenTinaSmith, labor leaders including @JP_Minnesota, state leaders, and various regional partners in asking @OfficialFBOP to reassess & reverse the bad decision to deactivate the federal prison in Duluth. Making progress!

Such an exciting and much needed addition to Duluth’s downtown! In my time at City Hall, LSC, Chamber, the most consistent challenge facing our community has been lack of housing options. Force on Fifth helps address some corporate housing needs. More needed, but good progress!.

1 year ago today, we celebrated the grand opening of the newly remodeled Duluth Sky Harbor Airport. We’re fortunate to have a thriving aviation sector Duluth and great leadership at @DuluthAirport. @lshelicopters flies tours out of Sky Harbor in summer Fri-Sun. Come check it out.
