It's @REMHQ time again!!! Once every couple of years I become the world's biggest fan of the incredibly amazing band formed in Athens, Georgia, in 1980. For the next little while, at home and in my car, I will listen to almost nothing but the band's classic catalogue!!

Councillor Chris Hellman and myself were given a tour of Medicine Hat’s downtown YMCA today. We saw the facilities up close and went behind the scenes to see how everything works. They continue to do an amazing job working for the people of our city!!

The Mayor of Medicine Hat, Members of City Council and some Senior City Staff met today with Brooks Medicine Hat MLA Danielle Smith. We had a great conversation with her about our City and ways to move it forward and keep it great!! Thank you for your time, Premier Smith!!!

The Law Enforcement Torch Run Medicine Hat Polar Plunge in support of Special Olympics took place on Sunday at Athletic Park! It was Plus 10 degrees for an event that has taken place with temperatures as cold as Minus 20 degrees!! Over $15,000 was raised this year!!

Today I’m at CAPE School, which stands for Centre for Academic and Personal Excellence. I was asked to be a judge at their Annual Science Fair and I am seeing some wondrous and interesting displays, ideas and experiments!! Thank you to all of the remarkable students and teachers!
