I just can’t believe it… 💔 After missing 4/5 testing sessions on Friday due to VTEC issues, I put the car 12th in qualifying and was 8th place by the end of lap 1. Safety car came in and then the electrics failed 🥲

Starting 23rd in race 2, with brand new balljoints on the car, I worked my way up to 13th by the 🏁. A “what could’ve been” weekend, had the pace for top 10. Just couldn’t catch a break. Loved @Croft_Circuit though, what a great track. #DanMacRacing #DanMac73 #DM73

I finished the session 19th and due to a penalty, started race 1 in 22nd. I was working my way through the field when, the right front suspension failed on me 🥲 As I had gone behind the marshal post, Will had a big incident, thankfully he was alright.

Over the weekend I was competing in round 2 of the @CivicCupUK championship. It didn’t go to plan 🙃 Qualifying ended with a left front suspension failure…

Unfortunately due to the incident, I received a penalty, dropping me to 11th place. Overall, it was an excellent start to my journey with Ben Sharpe Racing. I continuously improved throughout the weekend. I am determined to be fighting further towards the front at Croft👊

With the reverse grid, It was pole position for race 2, which started strongly by holding the lead into turn 2, but a small tap on the rear unsettled the car and I went wide. In my efforts to catch up with the new leaders, I made contact with Nicolaou and crossed the line 10th.
