EARLY TAVRの真に凄いところは、無症状とはいえsevere ASにがっつりtreadmill をかけて、偽無症状患者じゃないことを堅実に確認したこと（9割以上）。他のほとんどのearly interventionのtrialが避けている中、これを徹底したのは本当に凄い。.
