If the Padres would’ve dealt Cease and Suarez before the trade deadline, that woulda been great. I’ve always been a fan of Suarez but now that SD has Miller we don’t really need Suarez. The Bullpen would still be nasty w/o him #ForTheFaithful.

#Padres lose to the #Dodgers, 6-0, and Los Angeles takes the series. The first two innings of this game brought six walks from Cease, three caught stealings for SD, an error, and five Dodgers runs. Eighth shutout of the season for Padres (they had nine total last year).

Am I crazy to say that the Padres biggest weakness right now is their starting pitchers ? I've actually been saying this for a while now. Pivetta is like their only consistent SP, IMO at least. I'm still a new baseball fan so maybe I just don't know shit lol #ForTheFaithful.
