The #Padres have a 1 game lead over the dodgers in the NL West . Another unmatched atmosphere at Petco Park. Team has bounced back beautifully after being swept last weekend. Now sweep their ass tomorrow 🫡.

Ramon Laureano w/the Padres entering tonight: .333/.383/.587, 3 2B, 2 3B, 4 HR, 13 RBI in 20 G. He just added a two-run single to give the Padres a lead against the Dodgers. So far, he’s been arguably the most impactful addition of any player from this year’s trade deadline.

We have placed OF Jackson Merrill on the 10-day IL (retro to 8/20) with a left ankle sprain. A corresponding move will be made tomorrow.
