We're seeing surging illegal anti-union activities, loosening of child labor regs & other attempts to roll back workplace protections. The next DOL Secretary must boldly take on a deck stacked against workers. Julie Su's experience makes her the person for the job. #StandWithSu

It's disappointing that Phil Washington withdrew his nomination to head the FAA as he was a strong and capable choice. With respect to his decision, UNITE HERE hopes that a replacement nominee is swiftly confirmed so airports across the country can start seeing real progress.

Enough delaying. The FAA Administrator is a critical decision-maker in ensuring that one job can be enough for the thousands of essential airport workers across the U.S. that keep this major industry running — including 40,000 UNITE HERE members.

NYC & NJ Sodexo food service workers are among thousands of Sodexo workers across the U.S. that have been mobilized for a better life — including in Las Vegas, where Sodexo workers at the convention center could still walk-off the job on strike. Folllow @Culinary226 for updates.

At the Fed Reserve, powerful people make decisions impacting the pocketbooks of millions of working-class Americans every day. But this week, Sodexo food service workers who feed these people took strike authorization votes — showing they have power, too.
