What it means to actually walk the walk. This is a historic moment for the most pro-union president of our lifetime. Democrats up and down the ticket in 2024 should take note. This is how you win.

Record corporate profits should mean record contracts. It's time American autoworkers got a fair deal.

I know a thing or two about being on strike — holding the line for over 6 years, 4 months, & 10 days at the Frontier in Las Vegas. So, I know how much courage these WGA writers have for taking on one of the country’s most profitable & powerful industries. Solidarity with you all.

There's no better advocate for education than Randi Weingarten. I wish our political "leaders" could spend a day in her shoes fighting for our children's well-being before they attack her with vile comments and judgments.

Throughout the pandemic, @AFTUnion worked with members, parents, health experts, community leaders & others to open schools SAFELY. The Congressional members in the @COVIDSelect committee attacking @rweingarten for protecting America’s students should be thanking her instead.

We're seeing surging illegal anti-union activities, loosening of child labor regs & other attempts to roll back workplace protections. The next DOL Secretary must boldly take on a deck stacked against workers. Julie Su's experience makes her the person for the job. #StandWithSu

UNITE HERE stands with Julie Su for DOL Secretary, encouraging her swift confirmation. In her tenure as Deputy Secretary, Su has seen through a vision of the most pro-union administration in decades, prioritizing workers' issues over the boss' agendas. #StandWithSu

It's disappointing that Phil Washington withdrew his nomination to head the FAA as he was a strong and capable choice. With respect to his decision, UNITE HERE hopes that a replacement nominee is swiftly confirmed so airports across the country can start seeing real progress.

Enough delaying. The FAA Administrator is a critical decision-maker in ensuring that one job can be enough for the thousands of essential airport workers across the U.S. that keep this major industry running — including 40,000 UNITE HERE members.

NYC & NJ Sodexo food service workers are among thousands of Sodexo workers across the U.S. that have been mobilized for a better life — including in Las Vegas, where Sodexo workers at the convention center could still walk-off the job on strike. Folllow @Culinary226 for updates.

At the Fed Reserve, powerful people make decisions impacting the pocketbooks of millions of working-class Americans every day. But this week, Sodexo food service workers who feed these people took strike authorization votes — showing they have power, too.

Thank you to @LizShuler, @MaryKayHenry, and @TeamsterSOB for speaking the truth today on Capitol Hill about the ugliness of union-busting we see every day from these billion-dollar corporations. They think they can keep getting away with it, but we’re showing them — they can’t.

Workers across America are sick and tired of illegal union busting. I am holding a hearing LIVE to discuss how we can protect workers standing up to corporate greed.

If MLS opts for an expansion team in San Diego, the community must hold the line and stand strong against any ownership involved in union-busting. This includes @SycuanCasino, who has spent thousands on anti-union consultants against casino workers seeking a union.

The best way this administration can prove itself to truly be the most “pro-union” of a generation is by continuing to use all the executive power at its hands to support growing the labor movement. [7/8]

Corporations — like hospitality companies — see a global pandemic as an opportunity to take advantage. But w/ the unequivocal support of the passage of legislation like the PRO Act, President Biden shows he knows that unions are part of the answer to workplace exploitation. [2/8]
