Totally agree. Founders should obsess over the *customer* experience which includes the product experience, brand experience, purchasing experience, community experience and content experience. All of it matters.
Companies that feel authentic rather than “corporate” are the product of obsessive founders who treat marketing tone and copy as part of the brand voice and product experience. They obsessively micromanage it — writing themselves or insisting everyone else align with their taste.
