@DSMFireDept @MERCYONE UPDATE: The injured person has died. Evidence indicates the deceased raised a baseball bat causing the 21-year-old shooter to be in fear. After consultation with the Polk County Attorneys Office, no charges are being filed at this time. Detectives continue this investigation.
