Apparently nobody leaving comments actually takes time to read the bills. So I did. Dug into this and actually read the Dem bill as well as the precursor (OBBBA) Sec 71101 -71120 that focused on Medicaid - and it doesn't look good. @SpeakerJohnson is correct that the Democrats

This is a big reason why we need to sweep democrats out of office in 2026. This eyesore solar farm won’t be built until 2028. We can stop it dead in its tracks.
