Very excited to transition from the past few years of advisory work at Cowrie LLC to Cowrie a WY based C Corp. Cowrie LLC is dead, long live Cowrie!. It’s been an eventful time in my career and am truly excited to move forward with an expanded team. Not only are they great.

Lot of groundwork laid to make this a reality. 30 years ago it was then state senator @SenLummis that sheparded the adoption of the WY UNA through the Wyoming Legislature. Thank you Senator!.
Congrats to Uniswap for setting down roots in Wyoming! Our state’s laws for digital assets are best-in-class, and I commend the Wyoming Legislature for its foresight in creating decentralized nonprofit associations.

the below thread is vital feedback from @milesjennings and @a16zcrypto on the Senate's risky departure from regulatory framework established in the House's bipartisan CLARITY bill. In particular, there are two extremely hard-fought 'wins' in CLARITY without which I would not.
