Worst flight experience on @etihad . I had my daughter! Delayed 7 hours on the runway at JFK and we received a tiny little bottle of water and cookie. They wouldn’t let us leave the plane. I have a return flight in a few days @EtihadHelp I suggest you make it right. @FAANews
