Each time I passed I pointed out what he did right, I didn’t focus on how far behind or how unfocused he was. EVERYDAY. Days passed. Smiles formed. Work got done.This week He made a 100 on a test & told me after months of sadness he finally felt happy @calder_road @lead4ward.

We are so proud of our teachers!! They have embraced remote learning and worked all summer to learn about ways to reach all students and foster student voice during this challenging time. You all are rock stars in our eyes!! ❤️.
