Running a 100miler day 71-72 of my ultramarathon streak made my life a lot harder temporarily, but I’m glad I did it. It made me realize how close I was to having to quit the streak.. very lucky to survive! I like to make my life hard don’t I? 😂 📸Paul Smith from HURT100

We're ON for mountain bike racing today at Potato Creek State Park! Parking is at the BEACH lot. We received a little rain yesterday evening but none overnight. First lap of Expert and Sport at 10am may be a little slippery still, noon races should be in great condition.
