Google's HQ replaced 993 housing units including 298 #permanently #affordable under #MIH. The rezoning, lost 62% of the housing @CB2_Manhattan & @galeabrewer supported. To put this in perspective, NYC lost nearly 80% of the "projected" affordable housing in #SoHoNoHo rezoning.
