We are continuing to see disruption in some areas, in the aftermath of the recent storms. All efforts are being made to deliver any delayed as soon as possible.
There are a number of flood warnings in place across England which may cause further disruption to services.
In the aftermath of Storm Eunice, parcels for delivery in areas affected by fallen trees, power failure and localised flooding may be delayed.
As Storm Franklin moves in, further disruption to services may occur.
Any delayed parcels will be delivered as soon as possible.
We are currently seeing extremely high parcel volumes throughout our network. We will continue collecting and delivering parcels, however, there may be disruptions to some services under the current conditions. We ask for your patience when contacting our support teams.

Due to a technical issue yesterday, some of our drivers were unable to update delivery status whilst on the road. Data uploads overnight mean that shipment information has now been restored. However, in some cases, parcel status may not be showing accurately online or by phone.

Hi Annoy, I do apologise but it would depend on what service the sender has requested. If the sender requests parcel to be signed for we must obtain a signature and the parcel can not be left, even with instruction from the recipient I'm afraid. Thanks, Emma

Our contact centre is currently experiencing high call volumes and customers may experience longer waiting times than usual, We are working hard to answer all queries as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Our site in Gwaelod–y–Garth, Cardiff & the surrounding area has experienced flooding. The road to the industrial estate has been closed by police for safety reasons.
