Ahhh I remember this talking point when UCF played the Auburn team that knocked off Bama in that "undeserved NY6 bowl game".......btw this is not to say either team will win this year.

With the loss of Brandon Harris, reaching out to Patrick Surtain (formally at FSU) in my opinion should be the first move made by this staff. Not only is he an elite recruiter with a ton of connections in FL, but he is also a very good coach who would work well with coach Grinch.

Tulsa Associate HC/RBs coach Kam Martin has emerged as a target in Florida State’s RB coach search, sources tell @CBSSports. Martin was previously the running backs coach at UCF and Incarnate Word. He’s had a 1,000-yard rusher every year he’s been a position coach.

Congratulations to Manny Diaz on his first ever ACC Championship title. All it took was leaving the University of Miami. Crazy to think a program like Duke who was the laughing stock of college football for so long has now won an ACC title before the Hurricanes.

This is not a shot at Duke btw, it is actually a praise as their program showed that no matter where at program may be "today"....anything is possible in the future as long as you invest in the program and bring in good staff.

I have seen this from a few accounts (not calling you out Carson), idk why so many are freaking out. The bulk of starters are returning and they plan to spend a substantial amount on positions they feel are of need. People just need to take a breath and let it play out.

For those unaware, the fan vote is only a part of the process. Players like Tebow and Kapernick constantly led the fan votes but because fans play a small part in the process they never really got a look. Without a majority of coaches and players voting too, a player will not
