Crazy to me that last September UCF was 3-0 after a crazy comeback win against TCU and everyone thought that Malzahn had finally turned the corner and we hosted Fox Big Noon against Colorado just for the program to get embarrassed and then lose to Florida the week after too… 😞

I’m starting to think more and more that Texas and Oklahoma leaving the BIG12 absolutely ruined its national reputation even though objectively top to bottom the conference is better than the ACC. It’s feels like we’re in the AAC sometimes again, we should be a two bid CFP league
if Jacob Rodriguez played in a different conference he would have been a Heisman finalist and that’s the real scam of it all.

I hope UCF plays in the Rose Bowl one day so we can do a cool rose-themed 🌹 helmet design like we did the clover 🍀 for the Ireland game in 2014. I really wanna see UCF play in the Rose Bowl once in my lifetime, I’ll be at that game no matter what.

There isnt a sport I know of: NFL, NBA, college hoops, MLB that only takes "the best teams." We have qualifiers by division, geography etc. The whole point of expanding the playoff was to include everyone - there is zero reason the G5s shouldn't get a seat at the table.
It is ridiculous that JMU and Tulane are in the College Football Playoffs ... and Notre Dame and Texas and Vanderbilt are not. This shouldn't be about "everybody gets a chance." This should be about THE BEST 12 TEAMS IN AMERICA. Come on.

Before people even begin speculating, ND would NEVER join the BIG12. I guarantee their admin sees the brands in this conference as inferior to them and lesser. They’ll be a full time BIG10 member or have a scheduling arrangement with them within 2 years.
I’m told that ND has already informed ACC they are going to go through the process of exiting the conference. How soon they are able to negotiate the exit is going to be a closely watched decision process by certain full members
