Can we stop comparing BYU to the two loss teams? BYU should be compared to Texas A&M, Oregon, Ol Miss, and Texas Tech. Their resume is better than half of those yet somehow we are left out of every comparable. It's a joke.

@judsonsprinkler That’s the paradigm of BYU Athletics I truly don’t think I’ll ever learn to accept. “In the world but not of it”- sports are wonderful and I believe they’re brilliant at building character and integrity. But they are very, very worldly.

Big 12 a 1 bid league I don't know what will ever convince you. CFP and ESPN are corrupt. 5 SEC schools should NEVER make a 12 team playoff. That's an absolute joke. The absolute lack of narrative around this is deafening.

Why play in real games that you'll lose when you can just win the hypotheticals?
Regardless of how you may feel about Texas, the reality is that NOBODY is going to schedule marquee non-conference games. Why play in a game you could lose when you could schedule Old Dominion, Kennesaw State & Indiana State? This is BAD for the sport.

What nobody is talking about is that I believe Utah is the only team in the whole playoff that has won the last two weeks and their ranking has gone down 3 spots! So, by doing this, BYU's best win looks worse, NDs loss looks better, and the SEC Texas and Vandy slid in too. 🤡🤡

What Kalani Sitake found out this year is his program can go 11-1 with the only loss being to a top 5 program and it’s still not enough to get in. Can you blame him? Maybe Cougar fans will understand now when Utah fans weren’t excited to join the Big 12. It’s a sinking ship.

Ute fans are in such a tough position right now. On one hand they've been telling us how the BYU football team has nothing to do with the church and is totally separate... Now they are trying to say paying a coach too much is a bad look for the church... So which is it?

All I see is thousands of byu fans claiming other schools are "poor" and that football is so important as if the savior cared 1 oz. about it.

Are Ute fans really this dumb and not know that every head coach meets with an apostle regularly? Do they not know big financial decisions are handled by apostles? This "I'm a member and this is a bad look for the church" from Utah fans is a horrible look for them.
Bringing in apostles to help negotiate a multi million dollar football coaching job is unbelievably disappointing as a member of the church And before you come after me, I would feel this way if a church leader told Scalley to anything but what’s best for him and his family.

He told Kalani That message meant SO SO much to him. My dad would watch it frequently and show anyone and everyone that would watch. My Dad passed away 3 weeks ago today. He loved BYU sports, especially BYU football. He loved Kalani Sitake and thought there wasn't a better man

devotional at BYU. 6 of 7 kids and all 24 grandchildren attended that devotional and the message Kalani delivered was an absolute gift. Afterwards, my Dad, still very weak, found his way down to the Marriott Center floor. He found Kalani and shared a tear filled hug.
